A quick question pregame about the jormungandr hive fleet. Does the cover save the units receives from the hive fleet adaptation stack with the cover received in terrain?
As in: does a jormungandr gaunt in a building saves with 4+ or 5+ vs no AP weapons?
Dakka is the ork word for shooting, but the ork concept of shooting is saturation fire. Just as there is no such thing as a "miss" in a target-rich environment, there is no such thing as a "dodge" in a bullet rich one
No, they get the benefit of cover whether in terrain or not, but don’t ‘double count’ that benefit in terrain. Just the usual +1, unless it’s a unit like a Lictor who naturally gets a +2 for cover via their special rules.

Thanks
You only benefit from cover once, regardless of how you get it. A Jormungandr model in a ruin will still only benefit from cover once.
