So have a bunch of DI SM, want some guidance on the difference between weapon options so I can scratch build ALT Weapons

Is it a fair thing to say that the standard models are as folllowed

Assault weapons have scopes
Heavy have feeds (Barrel clips or cables)
and standards have nothing?

Intercessors:
Auto bolt rifle: revolver barrel thing instead of scope
Bolt rifle: small scope (some DI Marines instead have a revolver barrel like the auto bolt rifle)
Stalker bolt rifle: larger scope, straight mag

Hellblaster:
Assault plasma incinerator: flat scope thing
Plasma incinerator: no scope, no feed
Heavy plasma incinerator: feed to backpack

Buy a box of intercessors and look at the instruction booklet, or just look at the instructions online

For the Intercessors, it's a bit more simple..

Auto-Bolt Rifle - Remove the scope, add bigger magazine.
Stalker Bolt - Trim the mag down to a straighter profile, maybe add bigger scope.

Hellblaster Assault Incinerators are easy because it's just a reflex sight or similar on the top rail and something resembling a laser targeter under the muzzle.

Hellblaster Heavy Incinerators are a bit more complicated because they have that backpack booster and the feed cable instead of a standard magazine-like system.

You can also bits order the plasma weapons for Inceptors and simply fit them on the shoulder mounts, they don't seem to have any extra additions elsewhere.


A good place to pick up the extras would be Anvil Industries, he's got the drum mags and such under his Exo-Lords Ammo section, which is also where scopes and such are found.
