Hi folks,

I have a Blood Angels army that dates back to the 3rd edition of 40K and hasn't undergone any changes since 5th. I've been mucking around with some different armies over the last few years, but I think it's time to give the Sons of Sanguinius some love again.

I was thinking it might be nice to add some Primaris Marines and/or some of the newer vehicles that I now have access to. I usually play games around the 1500 - 2000 point mark.

The models I have now are:
A Baal Predator and a las predator, a vindicator, a furioso dreadnought, some drop pods, a couple of units of scouts, a Death Company Dreadnought, plenty of Death Company with and without jump packs, a couple of Land Raiders (a redeemer and a crusader), 2 Storm Ravens, a few tac squads,a few assault squads with and without jump packs, a razorback with assault cannons, librarians with and without terminator armour, assault terminators, a sanguinary priest, brother corbulo, a chaplain on foot, Lemartes, Dante. Plus a few things that I'm sure Ive forgotten.

I've typically had very little success with this army and was looking for some advice on building a mean 1500 point list, perhaps with the addition of a new model or two.

I quickly put together this Death Company heavy list... I don't think it's hugely viable, but it is models that I already have...

The idea being that the big Death Company unit deep strikes and attempts an early charge. Everyone else rides in the Storm Raven with the scouts deployed to prevent enemy deep strikers getting too close to my flyer. (Half of my force was killed by deep striking scions in turn one of last game).
