Subject: Let's Play! - Hero Quest by Games Workshop / Milton Bradley
It's time to roll back to one of the most influential games in the history of Wargaming. In 1989 miniatures took their first big step into the mainstream when Milton Bradley partnered with Games Workshop for a dungeon adventure game that still stands the test of time. This was the entry point for an entire generation of tabletop hobbyists. I'm joined by Owen, Adam and Kris for their first game in almost 30 years of HERO QUEST!
You all don't understand. I'm not locked in here with you; you're all locked in here with me.
Dang! I used to play the feth out of this game with my friends. We loved to say, "Fires of Wrath!" in a mocking tone whenever it was used thanks to the commercial.
We made so much "homebrew" content for this game. Perhaps it was my first forays into game design?
I wish I still had it. :(
