Just one question.

My psyker is in charged by an enemy and remains in cc. In my next turn, in my psychic phase, Can my Psyker use his powers?

My friend and me checked on the rule book and didn`t find answer.

Thanks in advance

Yes, you can. The rules give you permission to use Psychic Powers, and there is nothing in the rules that denies that permission if you're within 1" of an enemy.

Then I did well. He said no, because he renembered it from 6 and 7 edition. I said yes because there is nothing writen that denies.

At the end we throw a dice and the yes won.

Thank you.

I did something similar last night against my roommate. After slicing up my Dire Avengers, Lelith got 3 smites to the face and then charged by my Farseer.

At the end we throw a dice [sic] and the yes won.

Every time I hear an anecdote involving a roll-off on a rule that is crystal-freaking-clear, I die a little inside.
