Hi guys, I'm entering a local tournament in 3 weeks and wanted to get your thoughts on my list. I still have enough time to make some small changes but might run out of time to make big changes.

I've included a list of other models I own, which would obviously be easy swaps.

The plan is to use nurglings and horrors as bubblewrap/irritants. Flamers upfront to clear/charge detterants. Get DP/Belakor in close enough to do damage. Turn two, after clearing some space drop in Skarbrand/Bloodletter bomb for maximum carnage.

Really appreciate any input.

better use a normal Dp instead of Belakor and try to make 2 larger units of pinks (20+20)

Ok i can see that, I have used my Khorne DP with Angraath king of blades before. It's pretty close to Belakor's killing power for one CP. That'd leave me enough points for one decent blob if pinks at least (about 23??)

If you don’t have a Khorne Prince with Skullreaver you are doing it wrong.

yes switch Belakor for a Korne Dp with skullreavers it's a killing machine more than Belakor 6 attacks in charge str 11 ap-4 d6 damage and every 6 to wound extra d3 mortal wounds, give it legendary fighter trait and you have 7 attacks in charge, a nice threat for things like Ik/Mortarion/Magnus/Guillyman , more pinks you can put in better is, remember when they goes under 20 models they shoot only assault 2

Ok so this looks like the list. Only need to get some brimstones and another daemon prince. Didn't realise how much better skullreaver was compared to angrath king if blades. Thanks guys.

Yeah he's a hard one to weigh up, he's won me games singlehandedly in the past but at times he's missed his charge and been a 360 point sponge. I think it's a gamble, but hey it's chaos!

put it in a korne detachment and you re roll failed charges, is not granted but improve your chances, btw i always play it on table behind my 60 plaguebearers and i can wait until 2/3nd turn to charge something valuable, seldom i miss charge

Hmmm I could squeeze something in like this. I would be making my Tzeentch Hearald squishier and have to drop a few units. Maybe it's worth it for getting more chances to get Skarbrand and bloodletters in. I think in a 2000 point list there is more space for perhaps a supreme command detachment. But at least there's a lot of models on the table here to get through.

u should give gaze of fate or flckering fire to Dp, you cant cast both with herald and both are important.
In my personal taste Skarbrand is nice but not necessary pretty better 2 more princes, i would play a thing like this

you have tons of Cp's (18) so you can deep strike what you need/want, you have lot of bodies, 3 dp's some psy power and good CaC, if you want you can play just a Korne patrol with Dp+30 Bloodletters and keep some extra points for summoning later during the game, you can summon extra nurglins or exalted flamers or some blood crusher.

I see what you mean about the psychic powers. Can always smite if neither is viable.
My only worry is that DP can really smash anything except the really big boys, t8 2+ save, knights etc. Skarbrand has 8 str 16, -4 AP, d6 dmg. I think that's 18.9 damage to a knight on a charge. Plus he gives all the blood letters 1 extra attack for around an extra 8 damage. I find that DP get boghed down with them and a lot of local players are using them at the moment. I suppose it depends which armies you're likely to come against.

that Dp wreak havocs on Ik's and cost half than Skarbrand makes re roll 1 for letters (they already hits on 2+), mortal wounds on 6 and re roll to wound against titanic model, , if i must choose a Ik wrecker i go for axe Dp, skarbrand i doubt can get 1 single CaC against a competent Ik player it will be shoot down in 1 turn, then your choice, i play since months demons and i know GD aren't a competitive choice, maybe Loc or Guo slighty playable but korne and slaanesh ones are pretty unplayable at the moment
Another nice prince who can hunt Ik is Nurgle dp with virulent blessing and corruption sword, each 5 to wound gets 3 wounds 6+ to wounds gets 5 wounds with talon and d3+1 and d3x2+1 with the sword, and it wound on 2+.
