Probably there is no exact number of ships. But there is a statement that this is the fleet of Night Lords or "Entire Fleet".
But what is the approximate number of the fleet of ships that destroyed Nostramo?

Not specifically.
The Imperial Fists had the largest legion fleet, which was rated at 1,500 capital ships. So......less than that? The same order of magnitude, though; a thousand or so.
