What is the best couple of options to load out a lord of change if it is your general? What command trait and artefacts/powers do you take?

Command trait: Incorporeal Form (-1 to Hit in combat)
Artefact (Ghur realm):Gryph-feather Charm (-1 to Hit)

with -2 to hit in combat and -1 in shooting You can risk your Lord of Change going close to combat zone to have casting range for those sweet mortal wounds spells and maybe malign sorcery spells.

Yup, I usually go for the same (feather also gives you +1M). Using the sword to make the most of spending most of the game in combat.

Although the updated Mark of the Conjurer is tempting, especially if your running the Cogs of Time, 6 fate points a turn soon adds up.

What do either of you guys do when building your lists around a Lord of change

Personally I run almost pure Daemons and currently really like the Changehost battalion (at 2k points), but not really an option if you want to have many mortal units.

Tomorrow I'm testing a list with

Changehost Battalion:
LoC- Sword and Gryph-feather Charm
Herald on Foot with Arcane wellspring
2* 10 pink Horrors
2*3 Screamers
10 blue horrors
2* Exalted Flamers

Mortals:
Gaunt Summoner with familiars - general with arcane sacrifice
10 Tzangors (5 shields, 2 mutants and full command with greatblades)

Endless spells:
Aethervoid pendulum

Not the strongest list in the world but great fun with lots of tactical options. My only major worry is running out of heros for summoning so going to be relatively careful with the LoC until I can summon another herald, which shouldn't take too long with 7-8 casting attempts a turn and lots of bonuses to cast.

What would be your competitive list right now? I’m trying to understand the meta a bit more.
