22x30

The GW web page specifics this on the page for the box set and all of the kill zone sets.

Kinda a weird size. That makes it hard to use tiles

Just play 24x30. Close enough, much less of an odd-ball size to find.

Most plywood sheets are 48” wide, so if you cut a piece 30” long, and then split it width wise, you get two boards 30 x 24.

While I don't play Kill Team, some of my buddies do. I've assembled a border out of yardsticks (waiting to be painted) which outlines a 22x30 area. I can drop two of them onto my gaming mats and makes it really easy to create a quick table.

The missions specify deployment zone measurements from the center lines so minor deviations in size will only really make a difference in games where one player is on the defensive.

24x36, for example, using 12x12 tiles would be totally fine.

I recently used the map from the Moon Base release they did a while back with all the Ryza ruin terrain and found that the game actually worked a bit better. It being spread out a bit more allowed more terrain and gave shooting units a bit more time before they got trucked in assault.

I'll measure how big that is when I get home.
