Hey folks, been away from modelling and painting for a while now but decided to dive back in.
I'd say my painting skills were somewhere shy of tabletop standard previously so I'm not expecting too much of myself but I've done a little learning and hope to do better now.
Got a few projects on the table now but the one I'm using to warm up is a pre-owned copy of the silver Tower I recently acquired.
The minis had been poorly cleaned and rather overglued.
First task was to slice them off their bases, clean up mould lines and do a little filling and repair before printing with an airbrush.
While that's ongoing I decided to begin making the bases for a bit of variation.
I'd seen some nice examples online where the bases were made with a theme matching the room tiles from the game and thought it looked perfect for the more tzeench styled minis and so made the majority in this style.
A few others I've done with a more traditional dungeon tile finish.
Apologies for the poor quality of pics, something else I need to develop!
