It was a loooong, looong wait. But I believe that this is one of the best battle reports we have ever published.
Here it is!
The Skaven army led by Old Screetch himself is just a step-step away from a glorious assault on a Dwarven stronghold.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Cursed elf-things?

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Holy crap. That is awesome. And with one of my new fav armies: Wood Elves. Also I love the Skaven too.

So I am new to WFB, and after getting 6th, 7th, and 8th starter sets I decided on 6th, so I was happy to see you do a report using that system too. Can you tell me why you stuck with it all these years? Did you ever try the others?

If you have any more of these please share. The armies look amazing. I have a lot of work ahead of me.

Happy to hear that. I've been playing 6th edition since it was released and till 7th. When the 7th was released I didn't like the change that was made to skirmishers and I actually stopped playing due to lack of time. I have never played 8th mainly because I dislike when with one spell You can destroy whole units and it was a case in 8th. I like to play with units and limited influence of heroes - that is the reason I like 1999pts limit so much.
There are plenty more WFB battle reports on my website: battle-reports.org and many more to come.

I have already started working on the next one. It will include 2 brand new armies that haven't been seen previously!
