My go-to supplier for a few years now has been Figures in Comfort, with their canvas carry bags and cheap card boxes for storage. I used to pick up boxes or cases in person when they visited the annual Battleground show in Stockton. But about a year ago their website was hacked, and for a long time I didn't feel confident ordering from their website.

Now I'm in the position of desperately needing more boxes and cases, and their Website appears to be back under their control. But they don't appear to be attending Battleground 2018, and its not clear if they're still actively trading. Their website also lists no shows in their Upcoming Shows tab, despite alluding to shows in their news tab.

Has anyone had business with FIC in 2018, and have you ordered online from their website without issues? Would you recommend placing orders with them online?

I'm positive they were at Claymore in August, but I don't see them on the traders list or map. I should have a business card with Erik's phone number on it to find out what's going on.

Hopefully they are still running, they seemed to be doing pretty well.

Erik sold Figures in Comfort. Not sure what the current status is.

Erik's kept the Litko importing half, and is expanding that with his own designs, I think. He was at the Tabletop Scotland event in Perth a couple of months ago. I believe the foam half is owned by someone else now, and the plan was for them to start trading again, but I've not seen anything.

Annoying, because all my stuff is in their foam. It's better than KR and Battlefoam and fits in the old GW cases I have and Ikea's BILLY bookcases (although the newer blue boxes don't :( )

Dang, thats a shame. Do you guys know of any other retailers who do equivalents to the FIC cheap corrugated card boxes? I found them to be ideal for storage, I just switch out the trays and transport them in my canvas FIC case or plastic GW cases.

I use standard mailing boxes bought in bulk off Amazon. I have a magnetic system so I don't know if you can get them in exactly the right size, but you should be able to get close enough that it wouldn't make a difference unless you're chucking them around like basketballs.

I need to acquire plastic Skavenslaves, can you help?
I have a blog now, evidently. Featuring the Alternative Mordheim Model Megalist.

"The language of modern British politics is meant to sound benign. But words do not mean what they seem to mean. 'Reform' actually means 'cut' or 'end'. 'Flexibility' really means 'exploit'. 'Prudence' really means 'don't invest'. And 'efficient'? That means whatever you want it to mean, usually 'cut'. All really mean 'keep wages low for the masses, taxes low for the rich, profits high for the corporations, and accept the decline in public services and amenities this will cause'." - Robin McAlpine from Common Weal
