I've tried hard to make pure blood angels work, and I have been able to make them work at a semi-competitive level, but I'm trying to build something stronger from them, and I'm experimenting with dipping into some other factions to bring them together, trying to still keep a theme of blood angels to the list. The FAQ has hurt them a lot, but I think this list might still be decent.

Tactics:
Post FAQ, I've tried to maximize turn 1 charges through everything but deep strike. We will still use "On Wings of Fire" to deep strike one of our smash captains if we can find space of him, or to hit the front lines. Mephiston will use "Wings of Sanguinius" to get a total of 19" movement towards the enemy turn one and charge. The death company blob will use their stratagem to get free extra movement towards the enemy and charge. And Saint Celestine will use her double movement to get into a charge turn one as well. Theoretically, that is enough charging turn one to cause enough havoc to tie them up, allowing the leviathan and devastators to pop key things that would threaten our infantry.
The list feels vulnerable to going turn two, as all lists are anymore. I'm not sure if there is a way to mitigate that, or how else to improve this list. All comments are appreciated!
