This is an on-going thread of my tyranid Hive Fleet Nidhoggr models. The color scheme is a H R Giger/ Alien inspired twist on the Jormungandr scheme.

Thank you. It was my first time trying out some "special effects." I'll have to keep practicing at it.

Thanks, I am as well. I do appreciate the retro fantasy/scifi/comic book style that has influenced GW designs for so long, but for me the tyranids should be all about deep space horror.

I've allways wanted a tyranid force like that, but never found a good explanation on how to archieve good results. I'm not a good painter but an old warhammer gamer.
