As is - 1999 points and 13 command points, -1 for mob up and possible -1 for warpead.
So the base plan is to mob up + jump the 37 boyz (duh),
To advance the vehicles en masse (which turn 1 is a minimum 15" move, average 17") and the trike lets them charge if possible
Lootas have 10-30 ablative wounds depending on objectives
Weirdboys may get a warpead upgrade to take fist of gork for the characters
Flyer is there to either bring a 5++ and some pretty decent shooting to either the vehicle clump or to the jumped boys, depending on opponent.
May give Battlewagon sluggas 'Ard Boys, so that when they Loot It they're on a 4+
