Are there any conversion guides to cutting and reposing necron warrior legs so they don't look so much like they're trying to shoot while taking a massive dump at the same time?

Nope to cutting guide but if you dont mind a little danger i found some one had re-positioned them with a heat gun.

had to try em my self and it works out ok. there are problems with it melting on the hips and other areas bending that you dont want it too so you ether need to be very careful or have extra legs.

I did mine by cutting them at the ankles, knees and hips and regluing them with plastic glue. Its not perfect, but its pretty easy to hide signs of being worked on.

I did this too, worked great, easily covered with greenstuff (and for me was a very nice way to get introduced to working with greenstuff)

(Converted flayed ones, might be some photos of the process in my gallery)
