the mordians are always known for staying in a perfect rank and file movement formation throughout their battles and their whole doctrine is based around this so dhould they get th trays and square bases or just square bases.

I'm dyslexic and thus am bad at spelling and grammar please don't remind me in comments to my posts.

The flesh tearers really like killing so much. In fact they may love it more than inquisitors.

No reason I can see you couldn’t do this, should you feel so inclined.

I've seen people use those style movement trays and i don't think anyone wouldn't allow you to. They have had circular WHFB trays forever since it was common for demon players to use the models for both games

The only thing you would have to keep track of is not moving any particular model more than they are allowed.
Otherwise, there is no reason you couldn't do this

Like Galef says, as long as you don't move any model more than permitted movement trays are perfectly fine.

I considered it at one point but didn't bother. Don't you find that there are too many problems with terrain? Piling in during combat is also annoying, as is taking into account the few mm border around your models. Didn't seem worth it really.
