Honestly with Flames of War I have found that how you play completely trumps whatever list is brought 90% of the time. The only problems I see with this list for a Flames list is it simply lacks all the elements being an entirely tanks list.
Generally speaking I like to have 1 infantry unit, 1 arty unit for pinning stuff if nothing else, and consider mobile AA a must for 2 reasons.
So even if I run a all tanks list mobile AA is a auto-include. 1 good turn for planes can cripple a tank force, and if they don't have planes. AA trucks are great for flanking, and engaging AT guns, and also for digging up infantry.
