This is my first time using a forum in about 7 years so hopefully off-topic is the best place for this.

Does anyone on here have an account on ulthuan.net?
I've been trying to create an account as my old one has long since disappeared (much in the same way WHFB appears to) only it's apparently impossible because their captcha registration code doesn't work because it's the old v1 version and there appears to be absolutely no way for guests to contact board administrators in order to try and fix this.
Considering a lot of their forum posts appear to be about a lack of members I feel like this might be a good reason to deal with this so people can actually register as I'm not sure the admins realise the issue..
I'm sorry this is such an odd method but as I can't find any other way of contacting anyone I figured using another forum with a much higher population might get the ball rolling. It's either this or try a oujia board..

has an email address for the old site owner from a few years ago, might be worth trying it to see if it still works and they can contact the people running the site now

(poking around on the site for the board software shows that some folk have had problems upgrading the the v2.0 capatcha software, in that they delete the old one and install it, but fomr some reason they get this v1.0 response so they may well think they've upgraded and be unaware of the issue)
