HI Guys, I ordered something from Ares Mythologic over a month ago, and it didn't arrive. I have tried getting in touch with them a couple of times now and no response at all. Not a big order but still, some nice kit.

Has anyone had any other experiences? I don't want to go about giving grief to small companies in the hobby, but equally, if they take my money, I expect a service!

I've bought one or two of their figures through Figone, but I've never dealt directly with them before.

If it was me I'd wait for a couple of weeks more then consider opening a dispute via Paypal, if that's what you used to pay.

You will probably have more chance of a response if you contact them on social media, I'd suggest doing that first.

Well for information in case anyone was planning to buy from there, I still heard nothing despite several attempts to get in contact. Not even got a reply from the paypal dispute as yet (its been only 2 days, ill give them till after the weekend).

On closer inspection, their website doesn't even say dispatched, just payment received, so I doubt anyone is there at all.

So. I can only recommend not buying from them
