Well, Harlies are not the best choice when you play an Aeldari army in a tourney.
CW and Drukhari are certainly better.

Looks good! I would remove 2 embraces from each squad so you have 3 equipped with embraces and pistols, the rest ablative wounds, then with those points add 1 barebones skyweaver to the squad of 2. With the remaining 1 point, upgrade your toupe master's weapon to a kiss or caress.

The farseer can already re-roll a psychic power, so i would consider giving the relic to a the warlock for that crucial jinx.

It looks better but I would want to take Caresses in my Troupes over Embraces any day. having S5 makes you dangerous vs anything and -2 is generally enough in a world of invulns. I typically go 3 fusion/caress, 1 embrace, 1 kiss and that's just for variety and what's modeled but would prefer all caress. It's easy to convert embrace to caress by simply snipping the extended piece off and leaving the small power generator. It ten looks like a caress with closed fist instead of open palm.

Star mist is the no over watch relic right?
What is it on the shadowseer instead of the troop master?
Are you going to make you troop master a great Harliquin?

So fortune, protect and quicken only work on asuryani so you should probably replace fortune with executioner or mind war, keep protect for the jinx and as you can t use quicken, and I don’t think the restrain is very useful i would recommend drain

Concur. Doom and Executioner works well with a Farseer Skyrunner.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby. |

Its pretty straightforward.
Not sure if its worth the investment into Farseer and Warlocks.
After all, these characters have just a supporting role.
I'd consider dropping them and the Solitaire which would free enough points to get something killy into your army.

There are several units that come to my mind such as
Dark Reapers, more Skyweavers, Ravagers.

Or flyers.
Would be more expensive but if you dropped the solitaire and the skyweavers down to 2x3 you should be able to replace the psykers with 2 hemlocks and a crimson hunter.
They'd make up for the anti tank you lose from the weavers and give you some psychic as well.
If you go with flyers though, I'd definitely take alaitoc as the craftworlds for -2 to hit
