What Hive Fleet are your Nidz?

Anyway, a general recommendation is to take a unit of Venomthrope, that -1 to hit is huge. I am not So sure If the Haruspex is good or just a waste of points, but I see the good units in your army is Genestealers, Hive Guard and Exocrines.

Maybe you will want to build your army in two portions, the 1st one being a horde of Genestealer (to eat any enemy they touch) and a unit of Hormagants (used to tie up enemy shooting units). Under the cover of Venomthrope, these units should be able to overwhelm enemy firepower, leaving enough of the little bugs wreck havoc in enemy line. Especially the Genestealers If you use Kraken Fleet, they are supersonic. Meanwhile the 2nd portion of your army would be a large brood of Hive Guard, and some Exocrines, they can shoot anything that is not an Imperial Knight or buffed by Aeldrai trickery to pieces.

I've had some very nice success with a Haruspex, admittedly I am a full on Nidzilla of a player but the Haruspex does something very important in Nidzilla, cracks armour like a beast whilst also having game against infantry.

Admittedly its rules *wants* you to throw it into a large mob of infantry but it'll miss a lot and not kill too many, but its a fairly durable platform for some str 10+ destruction. Much better against High T targets than a lot of our MC's (Crushing claws are fairly awful, except on OOE)

On a side note Warriors are good, Boneswords are fantastic for once but I noticed some are equipped with boneswords /Scything Talons. I would always equip Warriors with Boneswords + biocannon/gun. Deathspitters are fantastic as you have assault heavy bolters which are as accurate as marines with the prime nearby, that can also dish out a lot of tasty damage against any target under 4 T.

I would personally drop the Tyrant Guard (I love them, but they're just too squishy for a bodyguard unit for their price) and bulk up the force with more genestealers or ideally Termagants to help with bodies and pinning in opponents for the Genestealers/ Warriors to kill. You could also theoretically save points by dropping the trygon prime to a normal trygon as you've no lack of synapse coverage.
