For every 6 wounds inflicted on a unit that contains more than 1 model with 3 or more wounds, score 1 point. Units with the SWARM keyword do not count towards this mission.

If I have two units of two spawn (4 wounds each) can my opponent score 2 points if he kills 2 and 1 or does he need to kill 2 and 2? In other words does this rule keep the points earned separate per unit unlike Titan Slayer?

Based on the wording of Titan Slayer I would say that he needs to kill all four to earn two points, but I wanted to be absolutely certain.

Yes, I believe the way that it reads you would have to inflict all 6 wounds to one units for it to count as a point, not 2 wounds to one unit and 4 to another. I could be wrong though, you should just ask the comment section of one of their posts

You must inflict 6 wounds to the same unit for 1 point.

One sentinel will give a point. 3 vertus praetor bikes give up 2 points. 2 bullgryns give up a point. 2 custodian guard give up 1 point. They wounds don't carry over to the next squad for points.
