I would recommend you check out the Best Coast Parings app as it is used by most every major tournament and you can see both factions and often lists that are loaded.

I'm recommending you look at the actual data and make your determinations as Meta can be local, regional, country wide but also anecdotal. Looking at just the pure data will give the best bet of what faction is up or down at the moment.
