I don't yet have the codex as I haven't committed to the army yet so I turn to Dakka to answer this question. With the new Best in faction rules for ITC they mentioned having "Khorne" as an army keyword. Do World Eaters have this keyword? If I run one detachment of khorne daemons and 2 detachments of World Eaters would I fall into this category?

I posted this exact question a week or so ago. If you do straight WE that's what you're scored as. If you splash Khorne Daemons, then you'll be under the Khorne score.

Yes, as long as every unit in your army has the <KHORNE> keyword, your army would be Khorne. World Eaters must always have Khorne as their mark and so would have that keyword. Technically, you could have one detachment of World Eaters, one detachment of Khorne Daemons, and one detachment of Black Legion (or any other non-cult Legion) as long as everyone in the third detachment takes Khorne as its Mark of Chaos (Abaddon has all four god marks and would qualify).
