i would make the DP not khorne in order to get access to powers.

10 man squad is for recycling right? maybee go for the full 20 there? instead of the rhino and Berzerkers?

Havocs are mixed, cango either way.

I have done that which leaves 88pts, the berzerkers had been put in to take advantage of the advance/charge rule. Should I consider a unit of Raptors or drop a marine or two and have warp talons which would both do this
or is there something better all together like more weapons in the squads?

There is nothing wrong with RC berzerkers btw, but they seem a bit glass cannony and as someone that plays with 10 man CSM squads i 'd really reccomend going bigger if you want to recycle.
There's also the fact that now after shooting you can charge and that makes the 20 man blob a lot more reliable and durable.

Problem with raptors or warp talons is, both are a bit to expensive for what they do.

What you could do is f.e. give the CSM squads reaper chaincannons, that way you profit from mark of slaanesh on the 20 blob even more.

Alternatively you can forget the recycling and field more khorne berzerks which you sling via warptime forward along side your DP.

Generally half measures are not the best thing to do that is why i reccomended the 20 man blob if you want to recycle which is at 1000 pts a pwerfull ability, (recycling even just 100 pts or 6 marines and getting a mobility boost forwards is rather devastating. If you get lucky you can get a prescience off.
