Hello there,

Skaven clan rats are modelled holding their spears one-handed. Is it, therefore acceptable for them to have spears and clan shields?
Also, what are the Standardbearer and Bellringer considered as having? Rusty blades? Or do you just declare before play?
Or is it that the entire unit needs to have the same? (I was going to do 50/50)

There's nothing in the rules about any of this that I can see.

Looking at their Warscroll -

They can have Rusty Spear and Clanshield.
Standard Bearer & Bellringer have the same as the rest of the unit.
The unit must all be armed the same.
