not sure how "competitive" this will be, but sure looks like fun (see notes at the end)

NOTES: deploy the 2 infiltrator squads forward along with the phobos captain and the three invictor warsuits, goal to pressure the enemy into making tactical errors in deployment
Hellblasters in impulsors are my major anti-tank / anti-elite rush forward turn 1, the other officers rideing along with them
single intercessor squad and 2 eliminator squads back field coverage

-- note, can use the phobos warlord trait to redeploy himself and the 2 infiltrator squads befor first turn begins, in addition, can use the ultramarines strat to redeploy 3 units (most likely the warsuits) as well

Looks interesting.
It offers some tactical flexibility via redeployment and has enough bodies who cannot be easily removed.
It could give the enemy a hard time. I like it.

Question....why isn't lieutenant in phobos armour?
