My current idea for my army is to this.
Catachan battalion and a revan gaurd brigade. I think I'd get good bourd Contol with this army and the revan gaurd will be my objective grabers and assulting the enemy as my astra militarum vehicles are shooting everything! With the infantry meatshilding the vehicles.

Really love both these factions so hope this idea works lol.

5 points already left. I think you have a few places that even a few points freed up would really help.
I would drop one mortar team to free up a few points and sprinkle those points into things that make the brigade better at its heavypoint. A lord commisar (35 points) and an extra grenade launcher for the command squad, perhaps. (give him the sniping commisar only pistol relic. Your troops are now LD9 in the bubble, too). Or perhaps a staff wielding astropath with maelstrom to throw, wearing the deathmask of oleanus, and two extra grenade launchers on the command staff. This triple threat unit can deny psykers, can himself sling mortal wound spells back, and can remove cover to greatly increase the gaurd lasguns output, And melee, Which he is astonishingly good at for a blind man with a stick, given you just issued him a 4++ invuln and self healing powers
Or put the points into the sentinals to upgrade them all to heavy flamers, and have them hang out just behind the combat line of your soldiers (27 of your 33 saved points dropping their 3d6 HITS with a point of ap that reroll the hit numbers, just before the troops charge forward. How catachan can you get? The 11 points left over let you pick up 3 grenade launchers for your command squad, and nicely offsets the 3d6 dakka you gave up to pay for it. Heck, with the 3d6' flamer effect, you might end up with them supporting your marines in the front area, too.

And those are my three ideas to tweak your gaurd side just the tiniest smidge, without really changing its flavor.

Mate said to swap my leman russ congorer (dislexic sorry) for another basilisk as ther so epic.
Lord Commissar is my favourite unit in the astra militarum tbh.
