[i] Hi all, I’ve returned to 40k after about 20 years and it’s fair to say I was pretty rubbish at the painting when I was a kid. Great to see there’s kids of stuff available now on the internet to help but not seen anything on cleaning brushes and what product. To use. I have white spirits but have found water does as good a job. However the cheap brushes I started with haven’t lasted so now I have forked out for more expensive brushes what are you doing to clean them?

Don't clean water based acrylics with White Spirits. I use BJ Master Brush Cleaner and Preserver for a deeper clean at the end of a session... one can also wash them in the sink.

To store the brushes for a while I use a gel based "trainer" to keep the points sharp and properly shaped.
