Final couple of days. Synthetic nylon brushes designed to be economical. There seem to be lots of happy backers from his earlier campaign. Currently $45 gets you 20 brushes in miniature specific sizes shipped to your house.

Spoiler:

You can get cheaper nylon brushes from craft stores, but the better selection of sizes and many happy backers may make you decide to give them a try.
I'm hoping they work well with citadel contrast paints which I've found to be brutal on natural hair brushes. I'm also intrigued by the round drybrushes.

If I had the money I'd be kinda tempted TBH. I tend to treat some of my brushes pretty hard so I occasionally buy cheap craft store brushes so I don't need to worry

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

I don't think i could ever justify buying a dry brush specif brush like that. I just get a coupon and buy a set cheap from a craft store, or makeup brushes from a Dollar store

Am I reading this right - they've raised $140K by rebranding some $5 Chinese synthetic brush sets? More power to them I suppose.

At $5 for ten, you can buy 90 brushes from Walmazon for the same price as a pledge to this campaign that gets you 20 brushes.
I don't know if it is just slick marketing, if the apparently large numbers of previous campaign backers are just ignorant/naive about brushes, or if the large number of return backers is a true signal that these are actually good brushes for the price.
Either way, the campaign's success is surprising.

I do think there is something to be said for it being easier to see where your paint is in a white brush ( is it clean? Is paint close to ferrule? etc.), and the brush assortment is certainly better for mini painters.

I've found the $5 brush sets to truly terrible, so these might be better compared to the $8-$10 brush sets.
