Hi Everyone

Wondering if anyone has experience using Blue Stuff for casting?

Been thinking of recasting some oop space marine torsos but wondering if the detail will still come through?

Cheers

It is pretty good for basic home casting. You need to get it in boiling water for a few. Minutes. If you're going to cast the torso halves, you shouldn't lose any detail as you're only casting a front or back piece.

Works very well with a little practice and the proper putty.

But beware, I had posts and pics removed on this forum for explaining and showing the results.

Yeah I used uv activated resin to fill the molds I made. GS or GS/milliput mix should work OK for a simple thing like marine torsos.
