Oops! Looks like I uploaded an older version of the list... basically I took away the wraithlord in favour of shuriken cannons and a min squad of scorpions for screening or deepstrike.

Ok, now I think I've cracked it. Everything is back to a 2+ save in cover, through prepared positions if I go second, which was the thinking behind my original list in the first place.
Everything bar the wraiths have 48" range, the wraiths step forward
turn one to become my anti deepstrike/counterpunch units. The windrider host can make the crack missiles -3 and the frag -2 so pretty tasty. Turn one and two could be a bit static but unlike most castles I can move very quickly when needed. I've added some much needed melee, genuine hordes could be an issue but I think I've got enough fire power for anything else and hopefully the wraiths can help tarpit things like Ork boyz.

It may be my local meta, but be cognizant of Eliminators. Your Farseer appears to be a real lynchpin unit.

I like the Craftworld traits selection. There is no other army out there that can negate the traits, unlike Masters of Concealment has some bad matchups.

The Autarch is added utility for the combo of massed shooting with Expert Crafters. All of your shooting platforms will benefit and with Falchou Wing, the model can be quickly moved where most required.

I'm be interested in your take using 3 Wraithseers over three Wraithlords. For 116 points, you can have a Wraithlord with 2 Starcannons. Granted, you lose Deny the Witch opportunities as well as the 5+ invulnerable save. The Wraithseers appear to be the better option.

The Tempest of Blades stratagem used with Vypers is very interesting. I do not have personal experience with that Stratagem, but can say I never even thought about the combination you are utilizing. Again, the Farseer is the lynchpin, but I think you could get two solid uses out of that stratagem in a game. I think your list has enough other threats that will divert attention away from the Vypers.

It is quite a unique take all comers list that can create quite a lot of challenging choices for an opponent.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

What's the role of the Wraithseers? A fire base in the backfield?
They are too static in an otherwise mobile army (with Scorpions infiltrating).

I'm still tinkering with bits and pieces of the list but it's been devastating so far. Being able to give all the vyper firepower the extra ap is so good. making all the frag -2 means even marines are falling over quickly and -3 on the crack makes a big difference against heavier units. Plus the shuriken goes to -4 with a six to wound. If I stick to the crack missiles, with the salamander rerolls it's only the three shots that get the minus to hit and I get to reroll any ones with the autarch too. I played an all infantry imperial fist army last night and I killed twenty one primaris in the first turn so I'm pretty happy with the offence and it's nice to be able to still have the higher toughness and saves of the tanks and vypers.
I've added in the wraithseers to provide a deterrent to deepstriking/outflanking units. Moving that invictor or whateverup next to my deployment zone looks a much worse idea when I've got the wraithseers waiting to countercharge. I'm trying out them with d-cannons at the moment, I had to drop one of the nightspinners but I'll see if it's worth it.

In fact, three infiltrating Invictors can be a pain as they can interrupt tactical plans quite easily.
And the Wraithseers are a possible counter strike unit.
In my book I'd take 2x5 Fire Dragons and take down two of the Invictors.
The Dark Reapers will take care of the other one. Period.
