So I'm painting my Stormtroopers and I'm wanting to keep them Disney Canon.

According to Disney Stormtrooper squads are made up of ten troopers with the option of adding extra special weapons.
The trooper squad is lead by a sarge who sometimes wears a white shoulder pad. Orange is for officers, while black is for special trooper/corporal.

So my question is, which sounds more interesting. Squad pairs of white and black (aka one squad has white shoulder pads for the leader the other black), or just do it all white?

I'm honestly torn between them both, so I wanted to get some input.

If that's how Stormtroopers are organized, I'd go with a back and a white one.

With two sergeants you'll always end up with the squads looking understrength and some of the squad being strangely absent. You can do something with it if you want battle-worn, differently sized squad as the theme of your army, but short of theming your army around an active warzone I'd say a sergeant and a corporal leading two squads of five are a more universal choice that doesn't lock you into finding an explanation for deviating squad sizes.
