So ordered all my custodes as soon as they showed in stock a few days ago on games workshop, but they still have yet to ship it. Any one else have/having an problem where they didnt have stock when you ordered it and now you just have to wait?

Patience is a word for people who can’t think fast enough. But sometimes, you just have to wait ;-)

I would suspect everyone looking to buy is having that issue. To be honest I'm shocked ebay doesn't have a bigger markup than it already does. You can get an Indomitus shipped today on Ebay for what 230 or 240, or you can wait up to 120 days for $199? Of course as the Ebay shippers start running low they're going to rocket up as well. I kind of expect to hear GW has had to create an entirely new supply chain between Brexit/EU and COVID19/China. Tack on any mold/merch change issues as well. New Supply Chain may require new molds. some army lines are/were going through some upheaval as well. The Ravenwing Lieutenant Landspeeder kit for example (Samael on Sableclaw or the Talonmaster kit) has been out of stock every time I checked for probably close to a year now. Maybe it's going away, or maybe I just check in between availability windows.

With social distancing, they have had fewer staff in. They MAY be back to normal now - I haven't seen anything lately - but sometimes it just takes time.

Packing warehouses are typically quite close working environments with the aim to have as many people working within a space as practically possible. So during 2m distancing for Corona and other safety measures like one-way systems this really slows down packing of products.

REALLY slows it down.

At the same time GW is seeing record high order volume ontop of 3 months inactivity on production and shipping. It all adds up to a situation where the staff have a LOT on their plate and you just have to be patient. Heck when GW relaunched they were closing the webstore in the evening to keep order volumes from building up overnight.

For what its worth, I just got my Indomitus box today.

I got the 'shipping label created' email on Friday, as expected, and a 'order shipped email' on Saturday. Unfortunately it didn't actually leave the GW warehouse and go to the Fedex center until Tuesday afternoon, and that's literally less than five miles down the road.

Safe to say they seem a little backed up at the moment, and if you went with free shipping, it may be a bit.

Currently they're saying up to 7 days for dispatch, with delivery 3-6 days after that.

I ordered some paints on wed and got them in 2 days. No plastic kits though.

If you got the order confirmed and payed, there is a very good chance that you got all the models.

Shipping is just taking a while right now, so it may take a week or two for it to arrive.

Ya cause its all been paid for but is still just saying order pending on their site, i ordered stuff after that from them and that has already arrived. Just curious if anyone else was having a problem with it.

I did have this problem with my Indomitus boxset actually it was scheduled to arrive on the 28th but somehow didn’t even ship out till than I’m not sure if this is a GW issue or just a FedEx issue since they shipped it out. I wasn’t to upset but did get a little concerned when the order pending took a lot longer than a usual pre order shipping. I’m also currently waiting on an order I placed the same day it’s also saying “pending” still with no update on delivery day or time.
