I try and play/fiddle with this list every edition since it's been possible.
Two Spearhead detachments

Spearhead A
Chronus - Warlord
Land Raider Crusader w.MM (probable choice for Chronus)
Predator (AC/HB)
Vindicator
Razorback (TLLC)
Razorback (TLLC)
Whirlwind w/Castellan
Thunderfire Cannon

Spearhead B
Techmarine w/harness
Land Raider
Predator (AC/HB)
Vindicator
Razorback (TLLC)
Razorback (TLLC)
Whirlwind w/Castellan
Thunderfire Cannon

That winds up at about 1992 points. This obviously isn't designed to be an optimized list as much as a thematic one. "Winning" is unlikely with zero troops. I'm on the fence on the Thunderfires. I need the <INFANTRY> tag to unlock the third and fourth <TRANSPORT> Razorbacks so the off-screen artillery just comes onscreen so though I could just add a Techmarine with harness to each detachment to do nothing but ride around and repair, at least the gunners would be doing something. I have tried to somewhat mirror with the idea each vehicle will also have a partner, pair the two LR variants, and a Pred/Vindi with a Razorback for a wingman.

Obviously I'm not going to play a game at the points level in the book, 12 Predators (6/6), 3 Vindis, 3 Whirlwinds, 6 LRs, 14 Rhinos, 14 Razorbacks works out to about 6400 points, not counting all the Techmarines/Thunderfire Gunners/infantry you need to unlock 28 Dedicated Transports. Beyond that you have offscreen aircraft that might be fun to include - though I've tried to shoehorn in a pair of Stormtalons but they eat points fast and I keep having mirror issues when I try and include them.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

I think maybe swap the Godhammer Land Raider to the ride for Chronus, his BS2+ might be more useful on 4 high-quality shots than on 12 low-quality shots.

If unlocking slots is an issue, why not take a TLLC pred without sponsons instead of a razorback? 10 more points, but you do get the extra wound. If you were full on HS slots I could see the issue, but the TFC you are using to unlock takes one itself. If you are trying to recreate a force from the fluff, you can handwave it as knowing they didn’t need the passenger space, the added some extra armor/stowage to justify the extra wound. And it’s a real simple counts-as.

If you are willing to stray from just the classic tanks, a hunter/stalker might make a good addition. Air cover is not always guaranteed, and armored columns make juicy targets. Land Speeders also make good accessories for armored lists, as they have the speed to keep up and scout /screen for the tanks in the narrative. Plus they don’t take HS slots. Bikes as well, but that gets farther away from the all tanks narrative. The speeders are at least still vehicles.

If Terminus Ultra weren’t legendary I would totally do that one, there was even one in the book, but I wouldn’t call the LRC low quality shots either. A MM, TLAC, and two Hurricane Bolters is closer to 20, and 20 shots at BS2 sounds like fun. But I would totally sit him in a Terminis Ultra.

. Partly because points are already tight with this many vehicles. I already keep fiddling with the predators and razorbacks trying to get one Destructor and One Anhilator in each.... And partly because this is a more fluffy slice of the force listed in the book, yeah. The first time I made this I didn’t have to unlock slots so instead of TFC’s I had whirlwind/landspeeder combos to work the spotter stratagem.

Edit to Add: I did think about the Stalker but points wise its about the same as the Razorback and the razorback has twice the rate of fire so even two stalkers per TFC/Razorback costs more, and only replaces the Razorback not the TFC shots (the TFC gunner's repair ability isn't something I'd count on, but it is an added bonus that just further tilts the choice)
