The zombies' objective was to enter the city and infect the inhabitants. Yes, the IKs were immune to all their attacks but still could lose the game if a SINGLE zombie left the opposing board edge. As a matter of fact it turned out to be a very close win for the IKs.
It was a lot of fun dishing out all those templates for sure. At first I was afraid that moving all those zombies could turn out to be a chore but the Crusader (Boa) killed the infected undead in no time. Due to Boa's high kill count I had to implement the Respawn mechanic DURING the scenario otherwise it wouldn't have been a challenge.
In the end four IKs managed to remove in nine turns 304 plague zombies.
Tomorrow I will do another BR in pics. The next one will be inspired by 80s up-scrolling shooter video games in which one or two soldiers trash a whole army. The scrolling mechanic will be implemented by moving the terrain towards the protagonists on each turn and their survival will be made possible by giving the opposing army the trait
STORMTROOPER MARKSMANSHIP ACADEMY.
People who played GURPS back in the day know what this means.
