C&C welcome. This isn't a finalized list, just a concept planning for the upcoming codex release

HQ's
Tiggy
Indomitus LT
Indomitus Cap

Troops
5x Assault Intercessors
5x Assault Intercessors
5x Intercessors
5x Intercessors

Elites:
5x Aggressors
Bladeguard Veteran Squad

FA
5x Bolt Inceptors

HS
Eradicator Squad

Dedicated Transports
Impulsor with Bellicatus
Impulsor with Shield Dome

Auxiliary LOW
Robute Guilliman

That's actually 2007 points, so it needs some massaging. I've already done it once while I was writing this too. Not married to much other than the idea of G-Man with some bodies marching into the middle, Bladeguard stuff in an impulsor to threaten the enemy rear, mostly set on anotther Impulsor with some Assault Intercessors, some sort of Fast Attack Rapid Reaction force for bad luck rolls or other unforseen events, and some Heavy Support for Anti-tank of some kind.

Guilliman, and the Agressors plus potentially, in order, the Eradicators, 1x5 Assault Intercessors, 1x5 Intercessors march into the middle.

1x5 Assault Intercessors climb into the Bellicatus Impulsor to get to the enemy rear faster I'm not sure this will get the attention it deserves with the quasi moving castle up above, or the other impulsor.

3x Bladeguard + some IC's - that aren't really refined yet - hop in the Shield Dome Impulsor to cruise up the field and whack some back row.

There's a lot of wounds to slice off to get to Guilliman, but it can't be easy to prioritize anything else because of the points in that mass, and the Rate of Fire they can put out.

I think the Shield Dome impulsor is the most likely other top priority based on Bladeguard +ICs vs Assault Intercessors

After that it could be the Hellblasters or the other Impulsor of Assault Intercessors. By then could it be too late? Model count is kind of low at 40 + 2 Impulsors and Guilliman, but not egregiously so.

My WHFB armies were Bretonians and Tomb Kings.

Worked it some more with the idea of "Forget a little of everything, Skew everyone!" and sadly it fits under the points, but I like it less.

Tiggy
Barebones original Primaris Cap
Barebones original Primaris Lt

1x5 Assault Intercessors
1x5 Assault Intercessors
1x5 Intercessors
1x5 Intercessors

2x4 Aggressors
2x4 Aggressors

1x3 Eradicators
1x3 Eradicators
1x10 Hellblasters

Robute Guilliman

I don't really like the list. There's no FA. Troops are still light on bodies. But damn. 14 sometimes Prescient Super Advancing Gravis to chew through to get to G-Man. A secondary blob of intercessors and hellblasters ALSO Bubble Buffed. Hell I'm even thinking of dropping one of the Assault Intercessors and taking another Det with a Chaplain to Litany the big blob. I haven't spent any CP yet and have 15. The Chappie only Det costs me 2. I'm still at 13. The CP to make Tiggy a second Warlord and give either an Aggressor or or Eradicator Squad Tactical Doctrine in addition to his special rule -1 to hit them seems like a no brainer plus potential relic(s) for the Barebones Cap/LT.

I still think I'd have more fun in a list with FA and a 2+/4++ unit riding around in a 3+/4++ metal bawks. But this list may be more competitive.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
After doing that
2000 points, 12 CP

Tiggy (Hero of the Chapter) - all turns one of the Gravis units can be -1 to hit, 3 out of 5 (assuming I keep Tactical two turns) one of the Gravis units is in Tactical for "free" instead of Squad Doctrines)
Barebones original Primaris Cap
Barebones original Primaris Lt

1x5 Assault Intercessors
1x5 Intercessors
1x5 Intercessors

2x4 Aggressors
2x4 Aggressors

1x3 Eradicators
1x3 Eradicators
1x10 Hellblasters

Robute Guilliman

Cassius (Take a Mortal Wound every time you kill a Gravis marine in the Guilliman blob) + Litanies (Faith, Fire, Focus, or Hate?) on the blob

An Apothecary to return dead Gravis to life and make you take another mortal wound is entertaining to think about, but too unpredictable to see in practice very often.

I don't like the having a captain or LT if your running Guilli as he kind of fulfills their rolles for them I'd swap those two out for a relic contemptor with twinlaz and close combat weapon and an Apothecary keep Apothecary goes with the gravis duders to give fnp or healing if you take selfless healer with them. Use wisdom of the ancients on the dread each turn for the reroll of 1's if he's near the hellblasters with a squad of Agressors and eradicators, one of the intersessors squads pop seal of Oath on the Apothecary to give rerolls against a high priority target

Also don't sleep on plasma inceptors I've found them by far the best unit in 9th so far out performing eradicators and Aggressors for me.

The Cap and Lt give me a second bubble and have to take a second HQ of some kind with Tiggy if I swap Cassius for an apothecary. I forgot you could buff them, I was just thinking of their base healing.

Going to have to drop Cassius and find something else.
