I like Wraithlords as character escorts. You can't knock them below 3 models and lose your look out sir.
Falcons do the same thing I believe.
I feel like wave serpents are only necessary if your board lacks terrain.
If you're able to drop that and maybe the extra wraithlord, thats 270 points.
Maybe dark reapers?
I'd also optimize your Exarch powers.
Avenging strikes
Swooping dive
Swooping barrage
I'm actually dropping the wave serpent, everyone leaves them as they're durable and shurikens don't scare anyone and putting pricey heavy weapons makes them sooo expensive.
Exarch powers can't be changed sadly for Ynnari.
I've actually given up on the swooping hawk. For the same reason I'd avoid dark reapers. The finecast is awful.
I've actually got an updated list...

So I think Reaver jetbikes beat out shining spears + Skyweavers as Ynnari as they're a bunch cheaper, can be given combat drugs (I'd give them +1 toughness) power from pain 6+++ and I can put a bunch of very strong anti tank on them with the 4 Blasters. I'd ride my Skyrunner Farseer with them also to buff them with shield of ynnead for 5++. In combat they'd be pretty solid as Ynnari 2+
WS then +1 attack strat on them and inherent -1 blade vane attacks.
Razorwing flock is just a tax that I'd throw on backline objectives or stick them in buildings for secondaries.
I know the blob of them isn't great for blast weapons out there but buffs would end up being watered down. Like giving them reroll hits and wounds from psychic plus that +1 attack strat etc
