Aloha!

I'm a long time lurker that's finally took the plunge and created an account. I used to lurk on Portent and Warseer. I was also on Gofdregz Wurld until its untimely end (if you were a former member too, gimme a PM).

I've always been more of an artist than a player. So my armies look good while I'm getting my toy soldiers pummeled. But my Mordheim warband made it to the first cut of the Baltimore Golden Daemon back in '02.

I cut my teeth on 40K back in second edition with Eldar. House Escher and Redemptionists were my Necromunda gangs. I moved on to Dark Eldar when 3rd edition came out. I eventually branched out into Clan War (Shadowlands), Warhammer Fantasy (Chaos Mortals, Daemons, & Beastmen), and Mordheim (Undead, Cult of Possessed, and Marienburgers). I came back into 40K around 5th/6th with a gigantic Guard army (done up as Brood Brothers until they actually brought GSC back into canon). I eventually came back to Dark Eldar with the overhaul. I managed to get in one game with the new GSC. Sadly, my Admech have never seen a battle.

Currently, I've taken a break from GW gaming and focused entirely on painting stuff for fun. That eventually led to writing my own skirmish games and creating a webcomic that uses comic photos instead of drawings (I have another comic, but it's traditionally drawn & not very gamer-y).

Okay, I think I've eaten enough bandwidth.

Kid Cthulhu has spoken.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
