Rather glad lizardmen are getting this kind of treatment.

He looks amazing! I hope to see more updates like this for that line. This is just an extraordinary sculpt. I wonder if it'll be a duel kit with a normal starseer as well.

Yeah either that's not Kroak (and you get a mummified frog too). Or he has been given more life by the painter than he really should have been.

The face of the lord is specially poor on both versions.

Yeah he looks great. Really good. Way better than the last model. 100% brilliance.

I mean that COULD be it as well, and he still has the mummy wrapping. Still a brilliant model itself.

Lol, the last few days I thought about starting to collect Seraphon, since I like the look of the models, but was still a bit undecided. Seeing this... Yeah, I think I'm convinced. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but the day will come.

I'll more than likely pick this one up as a centrepiece model for my Skink horde at somepoint as I like it overall.
That said, whilst I'm used to (and even a fan of) GW's 'busy' miniature style this one really takes the concept up a level or two, minimum figure and maximum, well, floaty masonry bits!

I wasn't expecting this at all though and it's a nice surprise, so there is that!

Still has a load of bandages on, but face clear, maybe he’s healing.

Option for without head dress, that’s neat.

Doesn't help I just printed up two different floaty reptile mages, but whatever, it'll be nice having a whole bunch of space faring spell slingers.

While it's a very nice model that looks to have lots of nicely done detail and such, it does feel a bit over-done due because of the floating stuff taking up so much extra space yet not really having enough there to justify it. Without all those floaty bits it would be just as good.

I do sincerely hope there will be more to the release than just Kroak. The lizards could easily do with half a dozen new plastic sets to replace old kits (plastic and resin alike), and of all the things to be updated, Kroak would probably have been at the very bottom of the list to be honest.

Old model looks great (not sure if I like any part of the new one more than the old one), and this is supposed to be rarely appearing named character. I'd rather see plastic Kroxigors, Salamanders, Chameleon Skinks or new Saurus lads any day of the week.

I like the model, but if this ends up being the only thing seraphon get affter all this time....ouch. The saurus warriors and skinks are showing their age and the poses are clearly for ranked models. Plastic kroxigors would also be nice. Basically a good chunk of the range needs a refresh for AoS.

I really like it, but not sure how I could fit it into my WHFB army. It’s just too big and unwieldy to be a gaming piece.

Might still get one just to paint up for the shelf.
