One of two Legends builds I'm going to put up since my play group doesn't ban Legends. This one is a "for fun" build that started out as a triple patrol running Guided by the Emperor's Will combined with either Unshakable Vengeance, Rites of Fire, or Raging Fervor until I realized a few things:
* The Unshakable Vengeance patrol had at most two heavy bolters and two combi-bolters. I might try a build that leans into combis and heavy bolters at some point just to see how it looks, because it would be nice to fake being Argent Shroud even if it is only for those two weapons and effects your opponent applies, but ignoring -1 to-hit for 4 weapons and losing 2CP to do so just wasn't worth the expenditure.
* The original build had 4 hand flamers and 5 Heavy Flamers (4 on Retributors) in the Rites Patrol. That Patrol turned into an Outrider with Seraphim and Celestine only. I realized, while typing this up, that 16" hand flamers on Seraphim sound cool but isn't as useful because it means the bolt pistols are out of range whereas 16" weapons on Retributors, Dominions, Celestians, and Battle Sister squads is a bit more useful due to either it being the only weapon in the unit OR complemented by boltguns. That's another 2CP saved, though at the loss of three Seraphim squads due to running a Battalion. I briefly considered a Patrol using Battle Sister Squads and a Dominion Squad, but didn't have enough points to include both Celestine and a transport and I'd rather have Celestine. As for the Outrider, the only minor conviction that seemed worthwhile to complement Guided by the Emperor's Will was Slayer of Heretics, which does nothing for flamers and I only had enough points to give one unit a plasma pistol. The other option is to run Argent Shroud or as units I know are going to die anyway and make the Martyred Lady for an additional 3MD during the course of the game.
For now, the detachment (and Seraphim) were pulled for other choices.

(105) Repressor -- transporting 1 Dominion Squad and 1 BSS
The Zephyrim are the unit I'm the least sold on, but I feel like I need something to support Celestine -- especially since I cut the Seraphim units from my original list. Current considerations for replacing Stern's unit and the Zephyrim are:
5 Dominions with Artificer-crafted storm bolters, another Repressor, and either another 5-model MM Battle Sister unit OR 5 Sacrestans armed with a Spear of the Faithful, an Inferno Pistol, and the superior given the Blessings, though the Sacresants would feel somewhat out-of-place until Celestine was deployed to fight alongside them or until Vahl joined them to fight together. Both of these builds come to exactly 2000 points.
