So I've been playing
40k for about 2 decades now, but really casually. I've built up a massive collection, but sadly never really had a community that I was apart of. I'm trying to remedy that now, both working on a local community and becoming part of more ones online as well. My armies, are expansive, and I love to play them all as various moods strike me.
Space Marines Custom Chapter: Void Rangers. 14,000 points.
Their fluff is that they are a second founding chapter built from the remaining loyalists of the traitor legions that didn't get folded into becoming the Grey Knights. They were trapped in a warp storm near the edge of the galactic southeast until the cicatrix maladictm tore up the galaxy and broke the warp storm keeping them segregated from the Imperium.
Necrons Custom Dynasty: Vzjeri. 4000 Points.
Necrons from a world that was so devastated by Nuclear fire that they are all highly radioactive. Still building the fluff for this one.
Astra Militarum Custom Regiment: Naxian Janissaries. 3500 Points.
The Regiments founded from the world the Void Rangers took as their Chapter Homeworld after becoming trapped beyond the Imperium.
Tyranids, Hive Fleet Hydra Splinter: 2500 Points.
All the Gaunts.
Tau Farsight Enclaves: 1000 Points
Tau Krootsade Force: 50
PL.
This was just too much fun not to make.
Chaos Alpha Legion: 2000 Points.
Death Guard: 1000 Points.
Eldar custom Craftworld: 750 Points.
Working on fluff as I build/paint them.
Orks: 750 Points
Mostly stuff from the old starter set and a few random things I've picked up over the years. Plan on expanding eventually.
Though I do have a bit of an idea for them. They are the Sneaky Boyz, decking out their gear and vehicles in a Dark Purple, because the best WAGHHHH! is a surprise WAGHHHH!
Misc Grey Knights, Sisters, and Inquisition stuff.
So yeah... I've got lots of stuff. Only about half of it is actually painted though, so I've still got a lot of work ahead of me. XD I set myself a new rule though that I have to paint two units before I can buy a new one. I'll get there eventually.
