Greetings everyone,

So let's say that I have an assault squad in a land raider crusader. Turn one I move the land raider up, and somehow it survives the opponent shooting at it (hey: it can happen!)

Turn two I disembark the assault squad, they move up towards the enemy. The land raider also moves up towards the enemy. They are now in charge range, and both the assault squad and land raider successfully charge into the same enemy unit (let's say it's a big unit!)

Turn three starts and both the LR and the assault squad are in engagement range of the enemy, fighting it out like good space-marines. Okay, here is the question:

Can my land raider fire into the enemy it's engaged with?

On the one hand: it has the vehicle special rules (big guns never tire) so I'm thinking yes. On the other hand: it cannot shoot into a melee where another one of my own units is engaged... So which is it?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can shoot the unit with the Landraider. The Big Guns Never Tire rules specifically say you can shoot an enemy unit that is engaged with another friendly unit as long as the vehicle is also engaged with it.

Thanks mate! I didn't realize that (which is silly of me because I just re-read the thing two days ago!)
