Hi all,

as my hands recover from being destroyed by dettol as I repaint my ancient warmaster minis for the upteenth time due to boredom, I am wondering about the state of the game's tournament play.

I note that the London GT is a few weeks away and that they will have a Warmaster tournament running. What scale is it being played at: 10mm or 15mm? I have noticed a lot of the 3d printing which is redistributing the game pieces give the option of 10 or 15mm. Is this changing the scale of the game at all? Just wondering when I get around to building some more armies what scale I should be working in.

Cheers.

I've not heard of any instance of Warmaster at 15mm

Official scale is 12mm so either way you would look off

Historical/fantasy 10mm looks fine with GWs old range, I have many of both. Maybe it shows a bit in something like dwarfs. However given the fact that GW no longer manufactures their particular niche scale and that the reproduction of said minis is now in the hands of local artisans, which tend to print in either 10 or 15mm, I was merely asking for information regarding how TOs are organizing the question of scale.

I am not an expert, but if I was a TO I would be much more concerned about base size rather than miniature size.
