Hello guys,
I have another issue with a video game and at that point I am no longer surprised that it is one again from NRS. I just started playing this game for the first time a couple of days ago and decided to delete my game data from console and cloud. However it was impossible for me to eradicate my game files from the cloud according to the tips from the interwebz. Because of this I already contacted support which hasnĀ“t responded yet. So I want to hear from you how you delete files from cloud on X-BOX One. Here is what I have done in the recent past without success:
A. Delete game files
B. Clear cache memory (Reboot console)
In detail:
A:
1. Start console.
2. Log out of account.
3. Go to Games & App.
4. Click on game icon.
5. Go to Manage game.
6. Go to Saved data.
7. Delete game data everywhere (console & cloud)
B:
8. Turn of console.
9. Wait for lights on console and sounds from it to go off.
10. Remove power cord from console.
11. Remove power cord from wall socket.
12. Wait one min.
C:
13. Start the game.
According to interweb tips this should be sufficient to delete cloud saves but it is not working. Any ideas?
