Local meta is Ork and Necron heavy

1. Why the lord of contagion vs another malignant plaguecaster?

2. Plaguemarine Unit is all over the place and expensive.

3. I like just reaper autocannons on blightlords, YMMV.

4. Since you have two terminator core units, you can run a combination of cultists and poxwalkers and ditch the plaguemarines.

5. How many plagueburst crawlers can you squeeze into your list? I went to a tournament with just one and it was a very competitive environment and after I got beaten down to the lower tiers, I could tell that having just one wasn't enough.
