Okay, really quick question.

Do all models with <character> get a relic?

I thought they did, but I can't see it written anywhere. In the Necron codex, the Overlord and Skorpekh Lord profiles don't mention relics, the relics page itself is vague, but then there's a stratagem for giving characters a relic for 1CP...

I have a game tomorrow. 3 characters, 1 relic each. I have 6CP at 75 Power, and taking a Battalion for 3CP. If I need to use that Stratagem for the 2 non-warlords to get a Relic, it takes me to 5CP. That's fine! Just wasn't sure whether it was actually necessary.

I'm new to 9th ed, and don't have the core rules (the friend I'm playing tomorrow has them). Halp!

Each character does not automatically get a relic. If your army is battle forged you can give a character model a relic but only once. Extra relics must be purchased with command points using the stratagem.
Also, I am not sure were you are getting these command points from. At 75 power level that is a strike force sized game which gives each player 12 CP. A battalion costs 3 but if the warlord is in that detachment it refunds the three giving you 12 minus 2 for the two stratagems for the relics leaving you with 10.

I thought Incursion was 51-100 P, with 6CP.

Incursion is 51-100 Total Power level, meaning both your army and your opponents. If theirs is also 75 that gives you a total of 150 making it a Strike Force game.

Also, to make it clear the warlord only deducts the cost for the detachment it is in if it is a patrol, battalion or Brigade. If you say had a
Patrol detachment as well you would still have to pay the cost for that detachment.
