The new Nighthaunt book certainly looks interesting but doesn’t seem to have quite broken into the competitive scene yet (understandable given how recently it was released and how complex the faction is). Here’s my attempt at something:

- Grand Strategy: Feed on Terror - Triumphs: Bloodthirsty

I’ve decided to stray away from Emerald Host, it definitely looks like it has some teeth but most AoS games are a bloodbath by the end of turn 2 anyway so I can see the mortals getting wasted. Similarly, the Quicksilver Dead are a nasty subfaction I just wouldn’t like to rely on Dreadscythe Harridans as my main damage dealers. Reinforced Bladegheist running with layered buffs and the 5+ mortals combo so nicely with the ethereal battle trait and matchup well into a lot of the metas heavyweights (besides nurgle). The hero block is mainly there for sustain and a damage spike with Lightshard of the Harvest Moon. The spirit hosts are there to bodyguard the characters. I’d love to be able to afford the Terminexus but it’s expensive and I don’t have a good enough delivery system to make it effective, lifeswarm is a good enough replacement. The only thing I’m not sure about is the Kruleghast, yes it’s ability is extremely useful but in this list it’s not doing much besides protecting characters and I’m tempted by another banshee squad + Terminexus instead. Aside from that I think the list seems good, very high sustain, very mobile with a decent presence in the magic phase and some downright horrifying damage spikes
Any comments/criticisms welcome
