I don't know what you mean by "natural looking", the only real alternative is either using clear acrylic rods (about 0.5" diameter works well) or a thinner metal rod. If you're talking about something that hides the support then no, there isn't an off the shelf solution for that. You'll have to come up with your own support structure and then build a diorama base around it. Think ruined walls, explosion effects, etc.

A frame around the table linking to a pulley system above that through deft manoeuvring allows planes suspended on near invisible wires to be moved around the table and hang artistically above it.

I did a search a while ago if there are large flying stands in the same curved style, that modern jumppacks come with, and the answer is sadly - there aren’t. You’re left with clear acrylic rods or thin walled tubes. You might try heat bending those for more flowy look though.
